In fact, the dilapidated three-bedroom, one-bathroom home in Concord in Sydney’s inner west was so rundown, some rooms were completely off-limits.
But despite the house’s shocking state, it was snapped up by Ibrahim Boutros in August 2016 for $1.1 million.
