Controversial Christchurch property developer Dave Henderson has gained $1.7 million in a court case.
The High Court in Auckland has cleared the way for a company linked to Henderson to get access to insurance proceeds relating to a Sol Square building.
The judgement by Justice Anne Hinton related to an insurance settlement over 110 Lichfield St, a part of Sol Square demolished in 2012 by order of the Canterbury Earthquake Recovery Authority.
