A new home built on a tiny 215sq m block has sold for $1.925m in a new Brisbane trend.

Sold off the plan and located in Small Street, Teneriffe – a suburb that was recently dethroned as Brisbane’s most expensive place to live – the house was designed by architect Joe Adsett and built by Graya Construction with Frank Developments.

Real estate agent Josh Brown, who marketed the property with colleague Ruby Kiriyama of Ray White New Farm, said the price came off “clever design and premium location”.

“We’ve seen an increasing trend towards buyers purchasing quality architectural homes off the plan in inner city suburbs,” he said.
