$10.75m buyer of ‘Dawn’ revealed as fund manager Ben Finger

The $10.75 million buyer of the Bellevue Hill mansion owned by Jodee Rich’s family for close to 40 years has been revealed as property fund manager Ben Finger.

The identity of the purchaser of the Federation Arts and Crafts-style estate, Dawn, on a 1,385sqm block at 73 Bulkara Rd has been a closely guarded secret since the property sold on the Tuesday following the November 8 auction.
