Two Auckland real estate agents and the agency they worked have been fined a combined $20,000 for not giving accurate information to purchasers.
Ah T’ng Kek, also known as Jenny, and Michael Bayley were found by the Real Estate Authority’s complaints assessment committee to have committed unsatisfactory conduct.
They were censured and fined – Kek $6000 and Bayley $4000. Bayleys Remuera was also censured and fined $10,000.
