Combining the host’s architectural skills with his wife’s gardening expertise, the talented duo created a uniquely designed home that wraps around a courtyard/garden. Beach lovers will feel at home 100m from Omaha Beach with access to tennis racquets, bikes, kayaks and surfboards. All four bedrooms boast views and open to the outdoors, and the bunk room will be a favourite for the kids. Outdoors is a fenced courtyard and BBQ area and a sheltered outdoor space with an open fireplace for al fresco living. And, of course, guests rave about the outdoor relaxing spa pool.

Olivio~nor is a three-bedroom Martinborough villa that transports you to Tuscan living instantly. The villa is on 10 acres with 180 olive trees and spectacular views of the Tararua Ranges. This home has thought of everything with a patio space with an outdoor table and chairs, a petanque, barbeque, and an outdoor and indoor fireplace. Upon arrival, guests are greeted with a personalised welcome card, local wine and chocolates/nibbles.
