Thoughtful Layout
Designed for lifelong enjoyment, the house offers stunning landscape views to the west and ocean vistas to the east. It seamlessly blends contemporary elements with a subtle homage to the geometric North American architecture of the 1960s and 70s. Spread across three levels and featuring a lift for accessibility, the lower ground floor includes a spacious garage and lobby. The ground floor houses two guest suites, a study, and a loggia, while the top floor boasts an open-plan living room that overlooks expansive decks.
