NZ Adviser has released its annual list of the top mortgage advisers in New Zealand, featuring 62 professionals who collectively managed over $5 billion in residential loans between April 1, 2023, and March 31, 2024.
Now in its eighth edition, the Top Advisers report ranks mortgage professionals based on the total residential loan volumes they settled during the 12-month period. To qualify, advisers needed to have settled at least $50 million in residential loans.
Selection Process for Top Advisers 2024 Awards
The selection process for the 2024 list began in April, with mortgage advisers submitting their loan settlement figures along with their contact details. Advisers were also required to provide the names and contact details of their aggregators for data verification. Only figures that were fully verified by the aggregators were included in the final rankings.
The report highlights mortgage advisers from various firms across New Zealand, showcasing the industry’s diversity and competitiveness. The rankings are solely based on the total value of residential loans settled by each adviser during the specified period.
