The 32 owners of the 32 one-bedroom beachfront apartments, across four freestanding blocks in Cronulla, have potentially made themselves a cool A$1.7 million (NZ$1.8m) each, give or take, from banding together and selling off their properties in one package to a developer, for a total sale price of A$54m.
