It’s not too often we get to see such a perfect example of untouched Edwardian architecture.

But this once-grand old turret villa on the cliff above Cheltenham beach in Auckland has not been touched in 30 years, and not a lot was changed before that.

Listing agent Linda Simmons of Bayleys Devonport says this means a new owner doesn’t have to worry about taking off all the bits and pieces that usually get added on to these homes in the 1970s and ’80s.
