- A $40 million building development in Tauranga is nearing completion.
The site has been transformed into 7800 square metre office and retail complex.
Once complete, about 600 people will work from the four office floors and five retail spaces.
The project is a joint venture between developer Manor Group Investments and Auckland-based Watts Group Investments.
