It’s all but a private beach.

At the bottom of a $7.5m block of Coromandel Peninsula land, through a pōhutukawa forest, sits a secluded, sandy shore.

The multimillion dollar property is about 15 minutes north of Whangamatā, and shares the waterfront access with just a couple of neighbours.

“Most of the time you never see another person on the beach,” Whangamatā Real Estate agent Dave Anderson said. “It’s quite hard for someone to get here, unless you’re dropped off by boat.”
