A house being described as “uninhabitable” hasn’t been enough to put potential buyers off.

The two-bedroom bungalow, on a 564 sq m section in Pleasant St, Onehunga, will be sold by auction at the end of the month.

Harcourts agent Paul Robinson said it was a deceased estate but the most recent occupant of the house was not known.

He said, while the property’s CV was $980,000, bids were expected from $750,000.
