Elle Dawe, better known as Shazza, the world’s biggest female bogan on the SBS comedy Housos, is selling her longtime Ultimo apartment.
She has plans to upsize locally given her expanded family.
The apartment in the Acacia Garden complex cost Dawe $390,000 in 2009.
She’s now hoping to fetch $925,000 through McGrath Pyrmont agents Jack Sou and Robert Alfeldi.

The designer Wattle Street apartment, in a 2001-built block near Broadway, has been updated by Dawe during her 11-year ownership with her partner.
The two-bedroom apartment, with one bathroom and a car space, features polished timber floorboards. It has front and rear balconies overlooking the tree canopy and landscaped grounds.
