Adele’s Beverly Hills Mansion Undergoes Major Renovations

Despite investing a significant sum in renovating her Beverly Hills mansion, Adele is reportedly not yet living in the luxurious residence. According to The Sun, the singer has spent millions on renovations for the property she purchased from Sylvester Stallone in 2022.

The “When We Were Young” singer, now 36, bought the 18,500-plus-square-foot home from the “Rocky” star, 77, for a staggering $58 million—a sum she reportedly needed to borrow largely. Initially, Adele planned to retain the home’s original features, but those plans quickly evolved.

“When Adele bought the house, she didn’t intend to change too much. But she has a team of Hollywood experts on board who suggested the extra floor,” a source told The Sun. “The house will be absolutely gigantic by the time it’s done. But it is looking incredible and she thinks it’s worthwhile. She wants it to be her forever home with her son Angelo and partner Rich Paul, and she dreams of extending her family there.”

The sprawling 3.5-acre property, located in the guard-gated North Beverly Park area, originally featured an Italian Riviera-style residence with eight bedrooms, 12 bathrooms, expansive city and canyon views, a two-story foyer, and a two-story guest house.

Since acquiring the property, Adele has employed the celebrity construction firm Valle Reinis to oversee the dramatic alterations and expansions. The renovations have transformed the home to the point where it is almost unrecognizable, save for a statue of Stallone as “Rocky,” which Adele insisted be part of the purchase.

The renovation project has included extensive changes, making the mansion even more luxurious and fitting for the singer’s vision of a “forever home” for her family, according to NYPOST.
