A YOUNG rural agent has decided to anti-market a property in Bombala in southern NSW, outlining five reasons any potential buyers should avoid the property in a video released today.
Ray White Rural Canberra and Yass agent George Southwell, 22, shot this video on-site at a property called Crystal View outlining the key reasons the property was not ideal.
“I’m going to give five reasons you won’t want to buy this property,” Mr Southwell said in front of the town sign welcoming people to Bombala, known as Australia’s platypus country.
The first reason not to buy Crystal View was its remote isolation.
