A husband and wife duo who lost their jobs as real estate agents over racial social media posts have been cut from a second company.

After being axed from Ray White in March over derogatory Facebook posts about Africans and Muslims, Paul and Kathryn Davie picked up jobs at an Auckland branch of Harcourts.

But on Friday afternoon, Harcourts managing director Bryan Thomson said the couple were no longer working for their company either.

“Following your inquiry yesterday and our investigation with the franchise concerned, we can confirm the individuals no longer have any association with our brand,” Thomson said.
