Amora Hotel on Wakefield St has been sold by its Thai owners to Prime Property Group for an undisclosed sum.
Amora Hotel has been sold for an undisclosed amount to Prime Property Group.
Prime Property chief executive Eyal Aharoni said the sale had gone through “about a week ago”.
The 192-room hotel, on Wakefield St was closed in May last year to undergo refurbishment but Aharoni said “not much has been done” in the way of repairs.
