Just last year, architect Roger Walker’s landmark Park Mews development in Hataitai, Wellington won an NZIA Enduring Architecture Award.
And now, architecture aficionados have a chance to live in one of the apartments, which has been listed for sale by Ken Dentice of Harcourts.
Walker designed the apartments in 1973, to much controversy, due to the complex’s perceived “Disney-esque” form.
