A corner block once home to New York-style eatery Five Boroughs, which went into liquidation earlier this year leaving its staff in limbo, is up for sale.

The former restaurant building, which is flanked by a Vietnamese restaurant and an office building, make up the three buildings on the corner of Roxburgh and Majoribanks streets.

The connected properties have a combined rateable value of $1.57 million, as at September 2015.

Colliers International broker Sam McIlroy said the buildings offered buyers several options in a “highly popular” spot on the lower slopes of Mt Victoria.
