• Auckland architects Andrea Bell and Andrew Kissell have put their own multi award-winning home on the market.

The house, on the city fringe in Grey Lynn, recently won an NZIA Auckland Architecture Award and was judged the Best City House in the Home of the Year Awards 2016.

Designed to resemble a converted warehouse, the three-bedroom property offers live-work options, and provides 454 square metres of contemporary living space, including decks, on three levels. In keeping with the semi-industrial feel, the material palette is mainly fine black steel, plywood and concrete.
