A terrace house in one of Auckland’s landmark buildings has come on the market, and it’s owned by an architect who himself has designed many notable residences.
Greg Noble designed the Dotcom mansion at Coatesville now owned by multi-millionaire siblings Anna, Mat and Nick Mowbray, but his own house dates back more than a century.
Dilworth Terraces in Parnell is a row of eight Edwardian terrace houses built around 1900 – the building has a Heritage New Zealand Category 1 listing and was fully restored in the 1970s.
