More than a year after it was sold, a quake-damaged 12-level apartment building in central Christchurch is set to change hands again. 

Developer Patrick Fontein bought the building at 66 Oxford Tce, named as one of the central city’s “dirty 30” eyesores“as is where is” in August 2018, but said his plans to fix it had changed. 

Fontein, who has developed several sites post-quake in Christchurch, said he received offers on the building midway through last year.
