Hollywood A-listers Ashton Kutcher and Mila Kunis have just sold their longtime Los Angeles home for $14.3 million.
Located in the celebrity centric locale of Hidden Valley in the prestigious suburb of Beverly Hills, the That ’70s Show pair have reportedly ditched the home for a larger, more opulent home in the same postcode.
According to Mansion Global, Kutcher and Kunis have already moved into a sui generis mansion built on an expansive 24,000-square-metre-plus block just around the corner from their now sold home.
The star-studded couple purchased the two-storey weatherboard home for roughly $14.1 million and first listed the property for sale in 2020 for $19.5 million.
However, there were no bites from buyers at that exorbitant price, so the couple later dropped the asking figure to $15.6 million, but there were still no takers.
The final sales price means Kunis and Kutcher most likely didn’t make any money whatsoever on the sale, once local taxes and sales fees are factored into the equation.
