NEVER mind the long weekend — there were 94 auctions held across Adelaide last week — seven more than the same time last year according to CoreLogic. And our auction clearance rate was the second-highest in the country at 75.4 per cent. (Canberra was the only city to trump us on that one, with a clearance rate of 77.6 per cent).
