Boost Juice scion Riley Allis is selling a Glen Iris investment property barely 18 months after getting his hands on the home.
The son of Shark Tank investor and business mogul Boost Juice founder Janine Allis is making his own mark on the corporate world after he and brother Oliver emerged as the buyers of the Yo-Chi frozen yoghurt brand in May this year.
Yo-Chi had been owned by celebrity chef George Calombaris, and it is believed proceeds of the business’ sale will go towards resolving debts with the former MasterChef judge’s MAdE catering company’s creditors.
Records show Mr Allis, who is in his early 20s, acquired the home at 17 Leopold Street in May, 2019, listed it for rent at $750 a week in November last year, then again at $650 a week in October this year.
It is listed for sale at $1.2-$1.3m, with the potential for a modest rise from its $1.2m last sale.
