The country’s first-ever $100 million home sold this year. But it wasn’t the only luxury property to fetch an eye-watering price in 2018.
It was the year our record for the most expensive home ever sold was finally smashed — but 2018 also brought a raft of other record-breaking luxury property sales.
This year, the crown went to a historic mansion in Sydney’s Point Piper, beating the previous record held by the house right next door.
But while there were strong results for blue-chip properties in Sydney this year, sales in Victoria and Queensland also made the list.
