A full-floor apartment that once served as Kerry Packer’s Melbourne base is back on the market following a full facelift.

The late media mogul owned the 12th-floor pad in a “tower of power” at 99 Spring Street from the 1980s through to 2000, when CoreLogic records show it sold for $1.4m.

The current owner later “stripped the whole property back to a concrete shell” and engaged interior designer Cara Jones of Re:space to curate the luxury interior in place today, Kay & Burton partner Oliver Booth said.

The apartment occupies the entire 12th floor of this “tower of power” at 99 Spring Street, Melbourne.
