The three thirty-something leaders of the billion-dollar unicorn, Canva, have all been busy on the property front.

It’s chief executive Melanie Perkins and chief operating officer Cliff Obrecht have offloaded their Surry Hills warehouse investment apartment.

The modest one-bedder loft apartment cost $667,500.

There’s been no price disclosure but the now married duo were seeking more than $800,000.

The entrepreneurs ­reside elsewhere in Surry Hills in a terrace bought in 2017 for $1.5 million and now with the addition of a third level and rooftop garden.
