The Cremorne waterfront residence bought by Cassandra Thorburn just months before her marriage to Karl Stefanovic spectacularly imploded is set to be offered to buyers on the quiet ahead of an official sales campaign in spring.
A guide of more than $9 million has been set for the ultra-contemporary residence in what is no doubt hoped will close a chapter on the couple’s financial ties after their split almost three years ago.
Thorburn bought the Wonga Road property off-market in June 2016 amid plans at the time for the-then couple and their three children to trade up from their Lindfield home to the Cremorne waterfront.
