Delta Goodrem has finally found her bolthole back in her home town — for a cool $4.825 million.
The seventh floor apartment is in one of Sydney’s most stylish strata apartment blocks, The Residence set overlooking Hyde Park.
She’d been inspecting flats for almost a year since selling her Hollywood Hills home, and quietly bought off market last week.
