FORMER NSW Waratahs scrum-half Nick Phipps is offloading his Cremorne investment, having moved to the UK to play for London Irish.

Phipps purchased the two-bedroom unit in 2012 for $590,000, before sprucing it up.

Ray White Lower North Shore agents Lewis Adams and Mary-Jane Hamer have a $900,000 guide for its November 28 auction.

Phipps and his partner, Macquarie banker Ebony Bamford called Queens Park home, after paying $2,105,000 for an 1890s terrace two years ago.

Last year they spent $1.7 million on the adjoining terrace. Both are now leased.

During his ownership of the Cremorne property, it was last advertised for rent in November last year for $675 per week.
