Combined, the pair have more than 25 years of experience in the real estate industry, most recently as Corporate Queensland Performance executives for Australasia’s leading group, Ray White. They will be bringing this wealth of experience to the Indooroopilly community with the opening of their new business on January 11.
Ms Cobley said their aim was to be market specialists for their customers, whether they are looking to buy, sell, lease or just need advice on the local property market.
“At the end of the day, it’s not about us, it’s about the client and we want to provide via knowledge the confidence to transact in the real estate market by guiding them through every step of the process,” Ms Cobley said.
“We will offer a complete end to end service that will make their property journey simple and stress free. This includes help with all their finance, insurance and post-purchasing or sale needs, as well as throughout the transaction.”
Ms King added to this, saying they have both personally experienced all aspects of the real estate industry and it is this experience, in conjunction with the opportunity of working as part of the Ray White Queensland Corporate team, that they have confidence in this journey.
“We know that we need to simply listen to our customers and everything we do will have the customer experience in mind. We will do this with style and grace,” Ms King said.
“Our goal is to be the most desired and wanted agency in Indooroopilly.”
After coaching many Ray White teams to success, Ms Cobley and Ms King felt they were ready to take the leap and practise what they preached.
“We’ve been coaching businesses for a long time on performance but we want to be on the frontline, being involved in the biggest transactions most people make in their lives.,” Ms Cobley said.
