The digital giant has established a formidable reputation for entering and dominating new markets. Now it has its sights set on real estate.

On 23 July, US-listed real estate services company Realogy announced that it would be collaborating with Amazon to launch TurnKey, a homebuying program that simplifies the process of finding and settling into a new home.

The program is now available in 15 US cities and is being used by major agencies including Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate, Century 21, Coldwell Banker, ERA and Sotheby’s International Realty.

“Realogy and our brands are always looking for ways to give consumers an awesome homebuying experience with a terrific real estate agent, and the launch of TurnKey is a big part of that continued strategy,” Realogy’s chief executive officer and president, Ryan M. Schneider, said.
