According to realestate.com.au Malibu is a billionaire’s playground, and now Kim Kardashian is making sure she has a permanent place to play there.

Kim Kardashian lists for sale her Hidden Hills ranch home

The reality mogul and Skims founder has just shelled out a whopping $104m (US$70m) for a four-bedroom, six-bathroom property in a California enclave that once belonged to Cindy Crawford and her husband, Rande Gerber.

The estate sale marks the largest Malibu deal of the year, and makes it the fourth highest sale in the whole state of California for 2022, according to The Post.

The move comes a few weeks after Kardashian listed two of her Los Angeles properties — a Calabasas flat and a Hidden Hills ranch.

Located on more than three acres of land, the Malibu villa spans more than 693 sqm has a private path to a private beach.

The contemporary-style abode can be entered following a long driveway past the tennis courts, a previous listing notes.

Following a complete renovation, the home has been designed for an easy indoor-outdoor flow.

The main floor holds the great room that combines the living room, den, dining room and gourmet kitchen with floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors. It boasts panoramic ocean views and comes with an expansive wraparound deck with a fire pit.

The primary suite boasts a fireplace, a sitting area, dual spa-like bathrooms and a walk-in wardrobe.

There are two additional ensuite bedrooms, a media room, a light and bright gym with vaulted ceilings — and a fourth bedroom with a private entrance, a kitchen and a bathroom, the previous listing describes.

Exterior amenities include a pool, a spa, a pool deck and a cabana with a fireplace.

It was last owned by retired hedge funder Adam Weiss, who purchased the estate from supermodel Cindy Crawford and Rande Gerber for $45m in 2018.

In the last year or so, the idyllic beach town has claimed the top spot for the ultra-wealthy. While the 41-year old secured the priciest home in Malibu this year, the most expensive sale in the community belongs to venture capitalist Marc Andreessen.

Andreessen and his wife, Laura Arrillaga-Andreessen, purchased three separate Malibu estates for a combined $255.5m.

Kardashian’s purchase comes a year after her ex, Kanye West, shelled out $57.3m for a concrete-heavy Malibu house designed by award-winning ‘starchitect’ Tadao Ando, just 24km away.
