INXS guitarist Tim Farriss has sold his sprawling Kangaroo Valley property for more than $4 million.
The 38-hectare block of land sold after hitting the market more than two years and 60-odd inspections.
The full working cattle property was home to Farriss and his wife Beth and their two sons for about three decades.
The idyllic countryside property is set along the deep waters of the Upper Kangaroo River and features a 1920’s homestead.
