Radio Star’s Property Sale Finalized During Absence, Settling on Delayed Deal
Radio personality Jackie “O” Henderson, known for her successful morning show and recent vacation in Positano on the Amalfi Coast, has successfully concluded the sale of her Woollahra residence. The sale, which was initially arranged in mid-January through an off-market deal, reached its delayed settlement in early July, resulting in Henderson pocketing a substantial $13 million.

The buyers of the property are identified as David and Dalia Schnabl, who secured a second mortgage on the house from Jennifer Wohl, Henderson’s mother and wife of aged-care executive Peter Wohl. Macquarie Bank holds the first mortgage on the property.
Henderson acquired the home in June 2020 for $11 million, after parting ways with her ex-husband Lee Henderson and leaving their shared Vaucluse residence following an 18-year relationship. While the sale was being finalized, Jackie O continued her broadcasting duties alongside Kyle Sandilands from the French Riviera, where they both rented separate villas in St Tropez.

As the settlement concludes, Henderson is set to reside in Clovelly, where she recently purchased a 1960s property for $13.25 million through PPD agent Alexander Phillips during a March auction. Henderson, accompanied by her daughter Kitty and financial adviser David O’Callaghan, participated in the onsite oceanfront auction. Her future plans involve pursuing approved designs for a concrete and steel home to accommodate her, Kitty, and her beloved cavoodle, Sadie.

Jackie O’s high-profile status as one of Australia’s highest-paid personalities, along with Sandilands, was solidified by their contract with ARN Media in 2019, ensuring their on-air presence until the end of 2024.
According to PropTrack, Clovelly currently boasts a median house price of $4.24 million, reflecting a 12.6% decline over the past 12 months.
