JPMorgan’s top investment banker in Australia Paul Uren is off to Hong Kong thanks to his recent promotion as co-head of their investment banking unit for Asia Pacific, and that’s good news for home shoppers on the Point Piper waterfront.
On the market is the Wolseley Road residence that was a downsize for Uren and his wife Jennifer when bought off-market for $15 million in 2016 from BKK Partners co-founder Bernard Curran, after the Urens offloaded their Darling Point Italianate villa Trevenna-Roskear for $11 million to barrister Frank Kalyk and his wife Glenda.
