Ray White Queensland will soon welcome highly regarded real estate professional, Katie Cotton, to its growing corporate family.
In her new role as Chief Growth Officer for Queensland, Ms Cotton will develop strategic plans to drive growth for the leading network in the state.
She is well-known and respected in the industry including as a conference speaker at numerous real estate industry events.
The tertiary educated social science student, Ms Cotton realised her strength early was in relationship building which has taken her on a different path and she earned a reputation for success in the training sector.
“Ray White has all the tools, analytics and business intelligence tools to better understand their customers and insights. They have real time insights on every agent and business which is a powerful pulse to be able to take,” Ms Cotton said.
“I am thrilled to be joining the family owned and led leading group. Their values and culture are aligned with me and I’m excited about the future. I can see why people love the group as they certainly do have all the specialists and market leading tools within,” Ms Cotton said.
The busy mum of three daughters is renowned at building solid relationships with everyone she meets.
“I am a people person and I have very long term plans with Ray White and want to help the network to grow and keep getting stronger,” Ms Cotton said.
“Everyone admires Ray White, it’s a household name and attracts only the best and brightest performers in every market but at its heart it’s in the people business, first and foremost. My background studying social sciences will stand me in good stead.
“All my professional experience has been relationships focused and I’m passionate about customer experiences in our industry.”
With an enviable 36 per cent auction market share, Ray White Queensland is on track to sell more than 20,000 properties this financial year and crack more than $12 billion in sales after the covid-recovery saw buyers flock to the Sunshine State.
Ray White Queensland CEO Jason Andrew said Katie Cotton had an uncanny ability to connect with people and solve problems at the same time.
“She’s our secret weapon and I am so glad Katie decided to join us and bring her talent to Ray White.
