LLEYTON and Bec Hewitt sold their luxury Melbourne penthouse at a loss

CoreLogic records show the tennis and TV power couple’s apartment atop St Kilda Rd’s luxury Yve tower netted $8.175 million when it sold in August last year — about six years after it first hit the market.

The Wimbledon and US Open champ paid $8.325 million for two apartments on the building’s 19th and 20th floors in 2004, according to CoreLogic.

He then combined them to create the huge double-storey, six-bedroom, seven-bathroom pad at 1903 & 1904/576-578 St Kilda Rd.
