PHOTO: 15 Rosemont Ave, Woollahra sold for more than $700,000 above reserve
THE last of the late media mogul Kerry Packer’s ‘grace and favour’ homes in Woollahra has sold for for $8,375,000.
Buyer’s agent Janne Sutcliffe, acting for her unknown client, won the keys for $725,000 over reserve at an exciting Double Bay auction THursday evening.
The unusual curved two-storey residence at 15 Rosemont Avenue is one of two bought by Mr Packer in 1965 for £36,000 and he had offered them to friends and family.
