The mystery buyers of the Freshwater home of F45 co-founder Adam Gilchrist have emerged as Manly peninsula locals Scott and Amanda Luckett.
They paid $14.05 million for the contemporary three-level house, which was snapped up within two weeks of its recent August auction listing.
Gilchrist just recouped his $14 million purchase price of 2019.

The Ocean View Rd sale comes amid turbulent times for the fitness chain, which was founded in Sydney in 2013 and floated on the US Nasdaq exchange in July last year, with some 1555 outlets.
Its share price peaked at $US15, with marketing support from actor Mark Wahlberg, but now trades at about $US3.50. Gilchrist recently stepped down as chief executive.
Gilchrist’s neighbouring bungalow, bought for $5.4 million in late 2017, was snapped up last month having been listed with a guide of $7.9 to $8.5 million.

Gilchrist just recouped his investment.
Gilchrist is also disposing of one of his Wategos Beach holdings.
The three-bedroom abode, bought in 2020 for $5.1 million, is listed through Jeremy Bennett of Byron Bay Property.
Recently gutted, the half complete home has $10 to $11 million price guidance.
The Lucketts, who bought with no registered mortgage, have recently sold their Bower St, Manly non-waterfront.
The home is one of several homes Gilchrist has sold off.
The new owners have this to look forward to.
