Star of adult content website OnlyFans, Rebecca Goodwin, (main picture), has promised to use her earnings to buy houses and rent them to low income families.
Goodwin, who is reported to be earning £100,000 per month through her appearances on OnlyFans, wants to purchase eight properties starting with a four-bedroom house.
Her first buy is to be a large three-storey house with three bathrooms and parking for two cars, which she plans to let as fully-furnished for £650 per month.
“The ball is now rolling with my ‘affordable housing scheme’,” she announced on her Twitter feed, which attracted 606,500 views.
100% PROFIT
When asked which families would be interested in such a large house, she responded: “Families with children that have been hit with the cozzy livvy crisis. This is the largest house I will rent out though.
“I make enough profit on OnlyFans, I have no mortgages so rent payments are 100% profit except maintenance and insurance, this is a side hustle that my kids can inherit. I’m not doing it to make me more money I’m doing it invest in my kids’ futures.

“Buying them outright means I can charge what I want for rent without tenants paying my mortgage and me having to add more onto that to make any profit, I now get 100% of the profit, rent is affordable and my kids get 4 houses each when I plop my cloggs,” said Goodwin from Derbyshire, who has two children.
