THERE are eight new additions to WA’s million-dollar property list — including two suburbs that recorded both house and unit values over the magic mark.
Eight Perth suburbs have joined the exclusive club this year, according to CoreLogic RP Data, despite a downturn in the state’s property market.
Wattleup, Floreat, South Perth, Millendon, North Coogee, Oakford, Dalkeith and Mount Lawley are the new suburbs with a median house sale price above $1,000,000.
