The exclusive upper north shore suburb of Longueville has a new price record, after the sale of 14 Belcote Rd for a hush-hush price reportedly between $13m and $14m.
The new record comes three weeks after the record was broken by the off-market sale of 8 Belcote Rd, which is understood to have traded for more than $12m.
This property had shared the previous Longueville sale price record of $11.88m with 28 Lucretia Ave, which sold in 2018. McGrath Lane Cove agent Brent Courtneyis behind both of the latest two sales, although he says he cannot say anything about prices.
However industry sources have confirmed the ranges.
He did say there were five very serious buyers looking at 14 Belcote Rd, a four-bedroom home on a 607sq m waterfront with boat shed, jetty and mooring pen.

What makes the sale even more astounding is the fact that the buyer did not physically see the property before signing the deal.
Covid lockdown restrictions prevented the family from seeing the home in person, but they were happy with videos and virtual tours.
