NINE private owners of 16 apartments in a four-building block on Sydney’s northern beaches have sold together in a record deal which has been almost a decade in the making.
The four boutique blocks at 89-90 North Steyne and 90-92 Whistler Street, Manly, were sold last week to a developer for more than $20 million.
