P.E. Nation fashion designer Pip Edwards has moved on in style, snapping up a luxury apartment just a week after separating from cricket great Michael Clarke.
The P.E. Nation fashion designer, 41, has bought a three-bedroom, two-bathroom garden residence with double garage in trendy Rose Bay, just around the corner from Sydney Swans star Lance ‘Buddy’ Franklin and his wife, Jesinta, who bought for $5m late last year.
Edwards, 41, has paid $3.5m for her new pad via Ray White Double Bay’s No. 1 selling agent, Warren Ginsberg.
Ginsberg, who with colleague Claudia Brunker had been guiding between $3.3m to $3.5m, is understood to have been quietly showing Edwards through a selection of homes for the past six months ahead of last week’s break-up.
