IF you are a property investor, or trying to make a buck from selling your house, there hasn’t been much good news of late.
But some Perth suburbs are still highly sought after.
Newly released research from realestate.com.au’s Property Outlook Report shows the western and inner western suburbs are still in high demand.
Floreat and Shenton Park, Dalkeith, Subiaco, Nedlands and Swanbourne are the top six in demand Perth suburbs for houses.
West Leederville and Cottesloe also rate a mention in the top 10.
The only two suburbs outside that cluster are Mount Hawthorn (seventh) and East Fremantle (ninth).
