Brisbane triple-premiership player Justin Leppitsch is seeking buyers for his first major property development as he contemplates kicking off a new career.

Leppitsch departed his assistant coaching role at 2020 premiers Richmond at the end of the season, following two successful stints at the club.

In between, he served as senior coach at the Lions, where as a player he won three flags from 2001-03 and a Best and Fairest, and earned three All-Australian jackets.

Now, after about three years of planning, he has listed and begun building six townhouses in Langwarrin, a few suburbs over from his own Mount Eliza home.

One of the double-storey, three-bedroom homes at 170 North Road has already sold (No. 3) for $600,000, while the other five have $600,000-$625,000 price guides.

Leppitsch told the Sunday Herald Sun he worked on a few developments and subdivisions during his 194-game AFL career.

He later returned to the property game in 2017, when he bought the North Road site for $850,000, according to CoreLogic.
