Regional Queensland has not outpaced Brisbane for price growth however the adjoining Sunshine Coast and Gold Coast have.
The Gold Coast has increased by just over $180,000. The drivers of this growth have been twofold. Very high levels of migration from southern states have been a big one but demand for holiday homes has also played a role.
